look at how perfect she is

Why do you think that?

Because she was all about love and she just couldn’t be with Blake ever. And Amy heart and soul belonged to that person (at least inside her head) & no matter how many smiles she spread no matter how deeply she convinced certain people even some of her closest relatives that she was actually doing well and writing new music — she would never be over the final break up she would never be over the fact that Blake was going to have a child with another woman she would just never ever be okay without him. And obviously under these circumstances she couldn’t be with him either because things went out of hand, he still was in prison, they did talk over the phone secretly but she just kept on missing him and missing him after the divorce and everything. She’d go on stange and sing and it felt like a small suicide each time she voiced her own lyrics. And there was this insane pressure on her by her management after the European tour being cancelled for the obvious reasons — and it was huge, it was a huge let-down for her, it was just much more than she could take at the time. She obviously had to come back to Camden and drink herself to death alcoholic logic spot on but it wasn’t the heavy drinking it wasn’t addiction itself it wasn’t her pretending to be making a fresh start so she could drastically change her life around…it was the love. She was just one of these people who would die for love. She couldn’t get close to the love anymore and as she had said she wasn’t put there to sing in the first place — merely her career and family/friends couldn’t possibly have kept her alive or sustain her fully from within if she didn’t have the love. I think that her organism was definitely very damaged as well by the year-long drug use and alcohol addiction — either her body would sort of collapse on her or her heart but I think it was eventually her own heart, literally, tragically so

the tongue thing
